Prospective Graduate Students
Dr. Jerald is planning to recruit Ph.D. students to start in Fall 2026. Please see our department webpage for more information about the application process, and this webpage for additional information about how I evaluate prospective students.
Prospective Undergraduate Research Assistants
We are not currently accepting applications for undergraduate research assistant positions for the Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 academic year. Please check back in Spring 2026 for potential openings for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Ideally, research assistants will be able to commit to working in the lab for a minimum of 2 consecutive semesters, be available to work 6-9 hours/week, and attend regular lab meetings. We are particularly interested in first- and second-year students who have the potential to be on our team for multiple years. Research assistants have opportunities to obtain hands-on training in every stage of the research process, from study design and participant recruitment to data collection and analysis/interpretation, depending on the lab’s current needs.
Our lab meetings are on Mondays, 1:00 - 2:15 pm. All RAs must be able to attend lab meetings. Please ensure you are available at this time before applying.
